10. Daeon: Although he may be down one place from last week, Daeon won a handicap match at OPW Fatal Fortune, then captured the OPW North American Championship at OPW Soundwave 18.
9. Lio Rush: The young boy won the Empire Cruiserweight tournament with 3 consecutive wins, then lost against number 8 on this list.
8. Joe Omega: Joe Omega has been on a roll since joining Empire, winning his debut and then the two matches that followed. He is currently undefeated in the promotion.
7. The Bloodline: the collective group of the Bloodline have had three victories this week. These come from gaining the OWGP Tag Team Championships at OPW Soundwave 16, then winning their first two matches at Empire Xtra and Empire episode 3.
6. XtremeTony: XT is down 4 places from last week but has still been on a roll in New-NAW, retaining his championship at New-NAW Chapter 5.
5. Lemarcus Carter: Carter is also down 4 places from last week, having lost at OPW Fatal Fortune being the cause of this. He has 3 wins this week.
4. T.J. Nicholson: TJN is up 1 place from last week. His 3 victories this week have earned him that.
3. Biff Andreas: Biff has gone from being a dishonorable mention last week to Power 3 this week, with his 4 victories being the cause of this. He has 3 singles victories and one as part of the Bloodline.
